What part do you play and am I still in control?...

As your professional Wedding Planner, I would be contracted by you to assist you in anyway that you required.  We specialise in Wedding Planning right through to Wedding Decorating.   We'll help with as much or as little as you like.  It's important to remember that a good Wedding Planner is there to assist you and guide you and not "take over".  This is your special day....do it your way!

  

Why hire a Wedding Planner?...

Gone are the days where Wedding Planners were considered for use by socialites and celebrities.  These days more and more Brides are realising the beneifts and advantages with hiring a professional Wedding Planner.  You can save time, money and a whole lot of stress by hiring a Wedding Planner.  Wedding Planners have the know how, the contacts and the expertise to help you successfully plan your dream Wedding.

We have considered it an honour to have played a part in all of our past Client's Weddings.  Your Wedding is no exception to this rule!   We are dedicated to ensuring that you and your Wedding recieve all the attention so deserved.. We have the expertise to help you plan your perfect Wedding Day and we'll share your enthusiam and excitement the whole journey through!  

  

How much will your service cost?...

The fees associated with our services are determined by the extent or volume of work we have been contracted to undertake.   We offer a variety of services of which the main 3 are Partial Wedding Planning, Comprehensive Wedding Planning and Wedding Day Co-ordination.   Dependant on the job at hand you would be charged at either an hourly rate or flat fee.  This will be dicussed with you at your first consultation, which is complimentary.  We pride ourselves on offering an affordable service with competitive fees as we believe this valuable service should be made accessible to all Brides..

In regards to our decorating prices, again this is dependant on your choices.  Again we offer many option to suit all budgets

  

I need a decorator, but I don't need a Planner?

No worries!  We can assist you with all your Wedding deocrating needs from chair covers, centrepieces and bomboniere right through to draping, lighting and even balloon artistry!  We have all sorts of options available to suit all styles and tastes.  We have basic packages available but our flecibility means we can also tailor a package based on what you really want.

 

When should I engage the services of a Wedding Planner?..

Uusally. the earlier the better so as to make certain you have plenty of time to take in planning the rest of your Wedding. This also secures your date should you wish for us to be present at your Wedding on the day.  That said, we've planned successful Events with next to no time!

  

What if I want to plan my own Wedding and need only a little help?...

This is absolutely fine!  Rest assured no job is too big or too small for us!

  

Can I choose my own Suppliers or Vendors?...

Yes, this is perfectly fine.  We understand that there may be a certain Vendor or Supplier that you wish to use or there might even be a family member or a friend who has offered their talents.  This is your Wedding and so this is your choice.

  

Do you get paid a commission?...

No, we do not recieve a comission for referring Vendors or Suppliers.  We recommend Vendors and Suppliers for their upstanding reputations, expertise and value for money.

  

I'd like your help but, we really don't have the money for an expensive Wedding.

No, you should defintely contact us!  We are in the industry because we love Weddings and we love helping Brides achieve the Wedding they've been dreaming of!  We have lots of ways to help you stretch your budget and we can assist you in finding quality suppliers to fit your budget.  You don't have to spend a lot of money to have a beautiful Wedding.

  

What experience do you have?...

Larissa has been formally trained both nationally and internationally in Wedding Planning and Event Planning.  Larissa's experience in planning events began back in 2000 where such events included Weddings, birthdays, retirement dinners, naming ceremonies V.I.P. nights, fashion parades and office parties.

 
Fantaysia Celebrations & Special Events began formal operations in January 2009 and since launching her business Larissa has planned such events as Weddings and Expos.

Am I committed to hiring you if I book a complimentary consultation?...

Absolutely not!  We offer our Clients a complimentary first consultation so that we have a chance to sit and chat about your Wedding plans, visions and ideas.  We'll have the opportunity to get to know you as you will with us and explore how we can best be of assistance to you..  We invite you to bring along all your ideas to share so as to make the most of this appointment. 

As with any consultation, you are welcome to come to our office (by appointment) or we can come to you.  We can even meet over a coffee...and it's our treat!!

Your first consultation is complimentary.  Consultations there after are charged at $50.00 per hour.
